I think the intentional communication course was an awesome opportunity to reassess how I can better relate and communicate with my patients and coworkers in good times and in poor. The ‘Intentional Communication’ course was incredibly helpful in making me more mindful about my interactions with my patients and colleagues. The course brought to light the importance of my energy, intention, message, and non-verbal communication while communicating with others, which will help me become a more effective communicator from this point forward.
