Principles
Inspire greatness, compassion, and positivity in one another through all the things we do.
We live in a world where we must play well together. Share and apply systems to elevate team and company connection and collaborate to help more effectively and efficiently increase health, team alignment, and productivity.
The only way to measure outcomes is to see it through behavior. Impact the team and communities to be even better, live actively and pain-free.

Why Systems and Applied Learning?
As Doctors of Physical Therapy we are highly trained at helping patients improve their condition and health. We do this effectively by applying evidence-based practice in a systematic format. We apply systems consistently to get consistent outcomes. We apply systems during a thorough evaluation and history-taking with a patient, during comprehensive examination, thoughtful assessment, and we prescribe a systematic, skilled care plan. Everything we do as Physical Therapists, we do in systems.
Systems give us confidence. Systems give us prediction. Systems give us consistency. Systems provide a common language and flow. Systems help to get results.
