They were able to provide a smooth transition and training program to establish their new Clinic Directors with skills, strategies, and a turnkey, shared approach to empower them to take some responsibility off the shoulders of the practice owners to lead their clinics. Their Clinic Directors have since elevated their contribution and are now exercising more independence valuing performance, communication and collaboration resulting in company growth, increased patient visits, and improved schedule utilization, freeing up more time for the owners and to better run their company.
